Projek ini adalah rangka ruang empat segi / ketinggian 16 meter / jumlah panjang 30 meter / jumlah rentang 18 meter

1. Pemasangan rangka ruang keluli mesti dilakukan selepas penerimaan paksi struktur bawah dan papan terbenam.Keperluan untuk sokongan yang lebih rendah ialah: perbezaan ketinggian antara sokongan bersebelahan (jarak L2): nilai yang lebih kecil iaitu L2/800 dan 10mm, pada ketinggian yang sama Perbezaan ketinggian antara sokongan tertinggi dan terendah: 20mm;

2. Tentukan proses pemasangan rangka ruang keluli mengikut daya dan ciri-ciri struktur grid dan keadaan pembinaan sebenar di tapak;

3. Selepas rangka ruang keluli dipasang, ia perlu diperiksa:

a.Nilai sisihan panjang sisi menegak dan mendatar yang dibenarkan ialah 1/2000 daripada panjang, dan tidak boleh lebih daripada 30mm;

b.Nilai pengimbangan tengah yang dibenarkan hendaklah 1/3000 daripada rentang rangka ruang keluli, dan tidak boleh lebih daripada 30mm;

c.Untuk bingkai jejaring yang disokong oleh pinggir, sisihan ketinggian yang dibenarkan ialah 1/400 daripada sokongan bersebelahan, dan tidak boleh lebih daripada 15mm, dan maksimum dan minimum tidak boleh lebih daripada 30mm;untuk bingkai jejaring yang disokong oleh berbilang titik, sisihan ketinggian yang dibenarkan ialah 1/800 daripada sokongan bersebelahan, dan tidak boleh lebih daripada 30mm;

d.Kesan pesongan grid mengikut spesifikasi dan keperluan reka bentuk.Selepas pembinaan, pesongan kerangka ruang keluli tidak boleh melebihi 115% daripada nilai pengiraan reka bentuk.(Nilai pesongan maksimum bingkai grid L/250)

4. Jika terdapat bola kimpalan secara tempatan, kimpalan alur digunakan untuk mengimpal bola kimpalan dan rod, dan gred jahitan kimpalan tidak boleh lebih rendah daripada gred kedua.

5. Selepas pemasangan rangka ruang keluli selesai, permukaan sambungan dan batang rangka ruang hendaklah bersih dan bebas daripada parut dan kotoran.Sambungan dan lubang lebihan sambungan bola bolt hendaklah diisi dan dimeterai dengan gris.

6. Semasa penggunaan grid, penyelenggaraan anti-karat yang komprehensif perlu dijalankan setiap 4 hingga 5 tahun.

Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
